Take a moment for yourself. Find a quiet space and sit comfortably—on a cushion, a chair, or the floor. Gently close your eyes and bring your attention inward.
Inhale deeply through your nose for about four seconds, slowly and gently.
As you breathe in, imagine pure, radiant energy entering your body—like clear air or a beautiful light from the universe.
Let this healing light nourish your body and mind. Visualize it traveling through your chest, belly, limbs, spine, and into every cell.
See it flowing through your organs and veins, bringing clarity, calm, and vitality.
If you have a specific area of discomfort or illness, imagine the healing light gently gathering in that area, restoring and soothing it.
Now slowly exhale through your mouth for about four seconds, softly chanting “OM…” as you release.
As you exhale, visualize a dark, heavy mist or cloudy liquid leaving your body.
With each breath out, allow your body to release:
Let it all go with each breath.
Repeat this cycle:
Continue for five to ten minutes, or longer if it feels natural. Allow the breath to guide you.
If visualizations become difficult, simply repeat in your mind:
“Breathe in peace, breathe out stress.”
“Breathe in health, breathe out illness.”
These simple phrases are a form of positive psychological suggestion, which can gently guide your mind and body toward balance. Believing that you are healing can activate the body’s natural response to reduce stress and discomfort. In some cases, this alone may ease symptoms or even eliminate minor conditions.
