Meet Our Founder: Helen Wu licensed massage therapist

OM Massage was founded by Helen Wu, a licensed massage therapist, healer, and mother dedicated to creating a sanctuary for safe, holistic wellness.

Helen graduated from Heilongjiang University, where her passion for traditional healing first took root. Since 2014, she has also been a devoted Dzogchen practitioner, a spiritual path focused on awareness, compassion, and inner peace—principles that deeply inform her approach to bodywork and life.

As a mother, Helen understands the deep need for calm, grounding spaces in the midst of life’s daily challenges. Her work is an extension of her values: nurturing care, quiet strength, and a commitment to helping others reconnect with their body, breath, and inner stillness.

Through OM Massage, Helen offers not just skilled therapeutic touch, but a deeper experience of healing—one that honors both ancient wisdom and modern wellness.
